Was having trouble with downloading data from old laptop to new laptop and syncing using Edge & Google Drive as I have for last 5 years, plus my camera wasn’t working. Two other local companies wanted $200-$300 to begin, but Mike listened to what my issues were and suggested we walk through it over the phone. Mike goes out of his way to really solve computer issues. I had an extensive gaming setup that went wrong. He was able to schedule an appointment almost same day to help diagnose.
He goes above and beyond in time and effort to understand the WHOLE problem. Not just a quick patch.

I had Mike repair my In Win PC which not booting. He was able to come by that night to help me fix my computer. He also tirelessly worked for several hours to get the graphics card to work.
